'Added' and 'Changed' in Columns layout?

Am I missing something or is added and changed not available as a column for layout? Is this something that will be added at some point to OF3?

We don’t have a specific timeframe in mind, but we do have an open feature request on adding those columns; will attach your post so the rest of the team knows you’d like to have them. Thanks!
