Does anyone know if there’s a way to get Omnifocus to interpret tags when the task is sent via email?
OmniFocus doesn’t have a built-in mechanism for extracting information such as tags from tasks that have been emailed into OmniFocus.
Years ago, @joebuhlig shared the OmniFocus Auto-Parser AppleScript. As the name implies, it can be used to parse items in the inbox. I haven’t tested this AppleScript with recent versions of OmniFocus, so I’m not sure if it still works.
