Adjust Effort to the task (by default)

I’am more easy to think in term of duration than in « effort »
Is it possible to set by default "Adjust Effort to the task » ?

@Cycloptera You can set this up by modifying the default new task for your project. To do so, create a task with your desired default scheduling options, then select Project > Set as Default for New Tasks in the OmniPlan menu bar.
