Does anyone experience CMD+Enter causing problems while editing columns with dropdown data? I’m used to pressing CMD+Enter to exit editing mode within a row, but if I do it inside of a column with dropdown data, it adds more data to the dropdown menu. This can even result in a duplicate entry. Instead of a visual prompt or an alert of some sort, you have to realize you just added more data to your dropdown list.
I’m wondering if a prompt should appear for duplicate dropdown data or if it should be ignored entirely if the data entry already exists. Does anyone else want the same thing?
I’m going to email Omni with a feature request / adjustment, but I wanted to get more input on this topic. Maybe there are some ideas I’m missing.
