All my actions have turned into hyperlinks

As I was working this morning, something I did turned all of my actions into hyperlinks. Any idea what I might have done, or more importantly, how I can make it go away?

Details:

All actions are in underlined blue text.
Clicking on any action opens another action. In all cases, it is the same action that opens.
“Undo” did not work.

Update: Actually, all links appear to be self-links. They open the same action in a new window.

And, now, it’s fixed. I went to the preferences and reset styles.
