Anyone else seeing black boxes instead of (+) for tags?

I’m getting this a lot lately, is anyone else?

Hovering over the box makes it right:

I have never experienced that.

I’ve seen this as well and reported the bug to Omni Support. At the time they were looking for some help reproducing this issue.

I see this sometimes too! Mouse overing them fixes it. No pattern I can see as to why they appear.

Omni 3 Pro on Big Sur but it happened on Catalina/has happened for a fair while.
