If two next actions are named exactly the same, this is often due to both being waiting-entries for the same thing to wait for. An optional pro feature could be, that checking off one of them automatically checks the others.
Example: 4 different projects are waiting for your colleague to return to the office (him being ill at the moment). If you now check of that he is back in one project, the system could automatically check of the other tasks too, so the next actions hidden behind this waiting-action automatically re-appear in your lists.
