Best set up for beginners

I’m new to Omnifocus and I run a design studio. I’m looking for help for best ways to set up the whole app to manage work for clients and admin.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Did you ever read Getting Things Done? That should be the first question.

Also note that OF is really engineered for a single user setup, not for teams.
