Please bring this feature back - this is absolutely counter intuitive and confusing - I know it is a feature of mountain lion - but it absolutely sucks
Save As is present on Mountain Lion and later, but it’s a little more hidden than it was prior to Lion.
To reveal it, open the File menu and hold down the Option key. “Duplicate” will turn into “Save As…”:
