After a few months of using OmniFocus, both my iPad and iPhone started prompting me to enter a username and password for something calendar related.
The problem is I’m not sure what username and password it would be looking for.
Can anybody help resolve this? It just pops up on my device a few times a day here and there.

Looks like OmniFocus is configured to publish a calendar to your sync location, and Calendar is subscribed to it. There’s more information in this support article, but emailing omnifocus@omnigroup.com is the best way to get help with troubleshooting.
