Cannot Sync to Server

Long time user and only not started to want to sync between devices. I created an account on the free omni server and synced my Mac no problems but neither of my mobile devices will sync - they both keep asking for password. Even if I log in to the website and have that automatically configure that app … i get syncing and then dialog box with Omni Sync my username and then space to enter password. Even with correct password… it failed. Same issue with both IOS devices. No problems with Mac. Mac version is Pro edition, iOS I think there is only one edition V2

As is always the case after you reach out for help - I have now rest all the settings on one IOS device and stated again (for second time) and now that one will sync. Will try that on second device.
