Is there a way to choose which calendars are displayed in the Forecast screen. I have a Google Apps account with many other staff members whose calendars I can see in Google Calendar. However, all of the other staff’s calendars and appointments show in Forecast so it looks like I have hundreds of meetings a day. Is there a way to only show specific calendars?
You can disregard this post. I found that the calendars can be chosen by clicking on the “View Options” icon. They are listed with checkboxes so you can choose the calendar you want. Works great!
