For a couple of weeks, I am using MailTags from Smallcubed combined with SaneBox (AI for processing email) to optimize email handling. I like the idea that OmniFocus is the heart of my system.
OmniFocus’s project setup is connected to DevonThink (with a link back to OmniFocus) and Mail for archiving all email communication in the same project structure. If a new project is added to OmniFocus, it will be immediately synchronized with the Mail app.
