Create a Graph / Plot Like in GraphSketcher

Hello,
One day I was exposed to Omni GraphSketcher which you deprecated.

I was wondering, since I need this specific capabilities, can I create those Graphs using OmniGraffle?
Does it have all the capabilities of GraphSkecther?

If it doesn’t, could create those within OmniGraffle?
