I switched to another Omni Sync user. After that OF2 asks for the credentials every time it wants to sync. I looked a bit deeper in the keychain and recognized there where different credentials for different sync servers (sync23…, sync25…). After deleting all keychain records related to the Omni Sync servers everything works fine now.
