Well, in Projects, for one – and any Perspective where I’d be seeing the matching tags. The issue isn’t that the blocked tasks are appearing first, it’s that they’re not greyed out as unavailable when they should be. In the screenshot below, removing the due date from the second two tasks renders them unavailable as they’re supposed to be.
Also note that if the due date is pushed back later (next week, say), the tasks go back to being blocked. It’s “due soon”, I think, that triggers them to become available.
