Default Tags Appearing in New Actions

Hello, I have encountered a problem where when I create a new action it already has tags present within it. I have searched high and low for where this is set, or how I can save a new black action over the template that is being used, but I have been unsuccessful. My only observation is that the problem appears to be confined to an individual project.

My question is, how can I clear this so that when I create a new action it is blank, as it was in Omnifocus’s default configuration?

Does that individual project have those tags? Would be the most likely explanation.

Yes, thank you, I see that now. Not sure how that happened, as I have never intentionally populated my projects with tags. Nice feature to know about though! :-) Thank you.
