Do need i pay for OmniFocus on iOS if i already have it OR i can get for free?

They are separate apps. If you already bought it for iOS, you can just sign in to iTunes and install it on your other devices, but the OmniFocus on Mac is a totally different product than on iOS.

Sorry if this is bad news! Hope it helps to explain though.
