A feature that I regularly use with the text editor, vim, is split views where I can see different parts of a document concurrently in different panes in the a vim window. I’m hoping that the latest OmniOutliner supports this feature, does anyone know if it does?

No, OmniOutliner does not support split-screen. It also does not support multiple windows on the same document.

I wrote Omni about this idea over a year ago.
