Feature request (or maybe bug report, depending on how you look at): On Mac, don’t let the sidebar have focus whenever the sidebar is hidden.
I frequently run into this problem:
- Open some perspective or project that I want to work.
- Hit Cmd-Opt-S to hide the sidebar.
- Hit the down arrow on the keyboard, intending to move focus to the first task in the list.
- Pound my head in frustration because the view has just shifted to whatever was the next thing in the sidebar (some other context or project, depending on the view).
Fixing this would save me some forehead-bruises. Thanks!
