Emailing emails from MS Outlook

So I get hundreds of emails and need to mark many for followup; but in a far more sophisticated way than the basic Tasks.
So Omni Focus looks good; and whilst I can bcc my new OF “email account” so that the email appears in OF; I would really like to specify the project and other aspects at the point of transmission. Are there any codes that I can input so that OF will immediately process the item correctly?

The OF team has stated in other threads that the email address is for capture only, i.e. anything will end in the Inbox. If additional functionality (project, context etc.) is desired, it should be sent to the support team as a feature request.
