I created a 5, 15, 30, and 60 long long perspectives. When I go to look at that the 15 minute perspective, I also see the all my 5 minute tasks. Is there any way to only the the times in that specific perspective i.e. Only seeing the 15 minute tasks when in chose the 15 minute perspective?
Sorry, I’m afraid that’s not possible at this time. The closest thing you can do in the current release is to sort your perspective by estimated time so at least they’re not all jumbled together.
As a workaround, consider adding some unique text (e.g. #15min or #5min) to either the name of the task or the notes field instead of using the Estimated Time field. For example, if you wanted to create a perspective that only shows 15 minute actions you could specify “#15min” in the “Find text” field of the perspective.
