Exporting to OmniOutliner

I have a number of projects in OmniFocus that I want to save as templates in OmniOutliner. I can see how to Import from Omnioutliner but I’m struggling to find a way to export to it. I’ve tried looking on the Omni Automation site, and several web searches, but no luck. Am I missing something obvious?

Can you drag a project from OF to OO? I don’t have OO on a Mac, but it would seem the obvious way

Thanks for responding. I did try that but it doesn’t preserve the hierarchy and just imports each task as a link back to the original task.
