I’m a treefarmer. Much of my year follows the seasons, so swiping an idea from another farmer on this list, I have seasonal folders – defined somewhat nebulously as in “Killing frost to Snow that Sticks”
I also have a folder of recurring tasks that span multiple seasons. Things like “every two weeks check the gov’mt tender sites.” and “Mow woods paths.”
I just discovered that if you click a folder, then Command click a second folder, then click Focus, then BOTH are in the focus.
This can be a big help when part of one folder runs over into another in execution.
