Is there a way to show the project title before it’s sub tasks in the forecast view? I see the list of task there but have to scan down to see the title.
Is this on purpose so I will focus on the tasks and get them done?

Unfortunately, there is no way to do this.
You are correct. The Forecast Perspective is made for task action, not project planning.
