How to import Checklist in Content?

I have problems CheckList Manager in Omni Note application.

If checklist is active but no items are checked the conversion in done automatically
without prompting user

But me not know fuction getCheckedStatus(toggleChecklistView)[0].

How to mChecklistManager.getCheckedStatus(toggleChecklistView)[0] == 0 ?
