HTTP address or port used by OmniFocus Server?

Hi,

I use a simple app (SelfControl) to block the internet access from my Mac for a couple of hours when I am working. This program allows you to whitelist domains and ports you want to remain open. I would like OmniFocus on my Mac to be able to connect to the Omni Sync Server when the internet is blocked, but I haven’t found the right domain name and/or port to whitelist.

Any suggestions please?
