I don’t understand « efficiency » in ressource group

When I apply a group of developers to a task :
for instance 3 dev.

Omniplan automatically set : 100% sur 300% (in french it’s « sur » and « sur » is ambiguous

What does it mean :

  1. That my 300% task force is at 100% of their capacity ?
    meaning 100% dev 1 + 100% dev 2 + 100% dev 3.

  2. Or does it mean : that 100% on the 300% task force is working.
    Meaning that the effort is a third of the capacity of the team.

To the omniplan team : be carreful : « sur » in french is also the word to explain a division.
100% sur 300% mean : 100%/300%
if this is 100% of the 300% team.……… french word will be more : 100% de 300%
(or even in plural form: 100% des 300%)
