Indent vs Move Right

Hello everybody,

What is the difference between Indent and Move Right in the Organize menu?
It looks that both options do exactly the same.

Note: Same question applies to Outdent vs Move Left.

I believe they are quite similar functionally, but the Move options also allow you to move up and move down, where Indent and Outdent only move the level of hierarchy of the item, never change the vertical order.

If you notice anything else different about them, I’d be interested to know.
