Input task from the finder os 10.15.3

I once had an automator script that was a “service” connected to a keyboard shortcut that allowed me to inout a task from the finder. It has since disappeared and I can’t find anything online about rebuilding it.

Does this sound familiar to anyone? I just want a keyboard shortcut from the find to add a new task item.

I’m not sure what you mean? Do you want to attach something to the task from the finder?
The quick capture keyboard shortcut should work everywhere on your mac (OF preferences -> General -> first shortcut option)
