iPhone, can't synchronous, data lost! fast reply please

omni 3.1.8, iPhone, ask for synchronous,

then, warning: can not synchronous local database , and suggest manually change database from the setting

then click cancel

then click setting, click " exchange database"

then pop up can not done

then go back to main page,

all data gone !!!

then go to setting, click backup

then click the most recent backup (about 55mb)

then pop up " synchronous" ,

then pop up " can not do"

then data gone!!!

then go to backup again !

then find: most important backup database(about 55mb) GONE!!!

WTF!!
