I have to share .oo3 files with colleagues who have a pc, is it possible to read these files with windows? is there any software for pc that reads .oo3
There is not. Do your colleagues need to be able to edit the document? Or just read it? Without knowing what the content and structure of your outline is, I can’t make concrete recommendations on what route to take, but you can export to PDF (from the print menu), or export to HTML, OPML, Word, or Excel.
PDF and HTML would be best if they just need to read it and you have multiple columns, or lots of styles, or images.
OPML would work if it’s all plain text and editable
Word would work if it’s just a single column
Excel would work for multicolumn documents without attachments or complex styling
