Is there a keyboard shortcut to put a row in Edit mode?

I’m trying not to use my mouse or mousepad while building an outline. When a whole row is highlighted, I’d like to be able to type a keyboard shortcut to edit the row. There is a shortcut for editing the note for a row: Command + ’ . Is there a similar shortcut for putting a row in edit mode, so that I don’t need to click in the row?

Thanks.

Command-Return will switch between editing and row selection modes.

I should have tried that. It makes sense to have one shortcut as a toggle. Thanks!

I do not understand this question. I can always edit a row without any special shortcut.
Command Return selects the row, but I can select it with the mouse so I do not need a shortcut.
