If I use the Find function to find a search string, I sometimes want to select that item and the next item below it. I know how to do this with a mouse (by clicking to the left of the dots at the beginning of each line), but I’d like to do this with a keyboard shortcut, so I can create a Keyboard Maestro shortcut.
So my question is: if text is selected inside an item, how can I select that entire item the same as clicking on the dot to the left of the item, without using a mouse?
