I am trying to find a view that simply shows all actions that I have in Omnifocus Pro that are not completed yet, irrespective of whether these are allocated to a project, context, due date etc, etc, simply a list of every action that I have that has still to be completed. Any help appreciated.
Since you’re using the Pro edition, you could create a custom perspective that shows all Remaining items. If you just want a list without any groupings, set “Group actions by:” to “Ungrouped” as shown:
Note that sequential and parallel projects will appear on this list if they don’t contain any actions (i.e. if they are “stalled”). Also, you can use the “Sort actions by:” setting to specify how you want actions to be sorted in this list.
