I would like to create an OO file for system maintenance, and it would be great if there’s a way to convert the Mac DIR to an actual link that when I click on it (like how you would with a regular URL in OO) it would open the Finder with the location of the DIR link.
I think you can drag a folder from the Finder into the notes of an item, and it will work as a link.

Thanks! That works. For those that want to try it out, do it via “Edit -> Attach Files…” and check “Create a link to the file” in the dialog box. I did the drag/drop and for some strange reasons, it embed the ENTIRE FOLDER (with contents and everything). Yes, I clicked “Alias” but it doesn’t seem to register, and it went ahead and embedded the entire folder anyway.
