I’m trying to move my existing 5 projects into a newly created folder. However I couldn’t find a way to do that. Any help is appreciated.

Uh, sorry, you meant iOS.
You have to open the project-editor: tap on the project to open the list of tasks within, tap again on the project at the top of the list.
In here there four links at the bottom of the screen, the top one does exactly what you want!
