Need help -- cannot access anything in OmniFocus

I have the most recent versions of OmniFocus on Mac, iPad, and iPhone. I’m using Mojave on my Mac.

On my Mac, OmniFocus starts an endless beachball if I try to do anything at all: close a window, change perspectives, rebuild the database, etc. I tried opening a backup, but the same thing happened when I tried to revert to it.

On my iPhone and iPad, OmniFocus’ screen is completely blank.

I’ve sent an email to support. I’m posting this in case anyone has any ideas on how I can access the data. I have some critically urgent projects and would appreciate any help.
