No Way to Context Click in Projects to Create a Folder

The context menu selections in the Library have no option to create a new folder.

  • open the Library in Project view
  • try to click on the empty background OR
  • context click on anything
    —> the context menu does not appear on the blank background AND the menu has no option to create a new folder

If this is a bug, please fix it. If this is the standard operational mode, please change it. If I am doing something wrong, please let me know.

All I can find is to select the parent folder, then click + at the bottom of the window and then select New Folder. Adding it to the context menu for an existing folder would definitely be nice.
