Has this been discontinued with OF3? My widget no longer shows anything, and there is no OmniFocus ▸ Preferences ▸ Notifications section anymore.

The sidebar widget options should still be under OmniFocus > Preferences > Badges. Actual notifications are not yet in OmniFocus 3, but I believe are slated to be added back in a future update.
If you’re reporting that you’re adding the OmniFocus widget to Today, and it’s showing no content, just restart your machine. The OS doesn’t load that data for a newly installed application until you reboot for some reason. Ken Case was the one who debugged this one for me.
