OF 3 & Finder Tags?

Hi,

I just upgraded to OF 3, mainly because of the ability to use multiple tags instead of just a single context.
The first thing I tried was to add tags I had already defined in the Finder (Projects, People, etc.) in OF. But OF seems to implement a tags system which is completely separate from Finder’s tags.
I also found no mention whatsoever about compatibilty between the tag systems - a question that seems completely obvious to me.

Am I missing something here?

No. Just like English and Japanese are “languages.”

It’s not clear that Finder tags and OF tags should be the same thing, or affect each other in any way.

Finder tags and OmniFocus tags are unrelated, you can replicate tags from one in the other but they don’t sync.
