OF Apple Watch app won't sync

Did a search and didn’t see this issue previously addressed…

After working for some time, the data on my OmniFocus Apple Watch app is stale and no longer updates. There appears to be no communication with my phone though it works in other apps.

I’ve tried to reset the watch and have removed/reinstalled OF.
