Omnifocus freezes on resume

If I wake my Mac up Omnifocus goes into ‘spinning coloured wheel’ mode and needs to be forcibly restarted. How do I turn on and read the logs so I can work out why this is happening?

We’ve tracked down at least one cause of this issue and are working on a fix. To help us make sure we’ve caught the way you’re encountering, please take a sample while the spinning wheel is active, and send it to omnifocus@omnigroup.com.
