Have had to reinstall OmniFocus and now it does not appear at all in the Services List and so unable to add content from Mail.
Solution would be appreciated!!?

Solved! Found that I still had Mail Plugin Manager installed after uninstalling the Indev suite of plugins. Removing that and a reboot immediately brought up the Omnifocus Service!
