Omnifoucus 2 for ipad and Omnioutliner intergration

Hi, guys
I have Omnifocus and Omnioutliner both on my mac and iPad.
When I put the the Omnioutliner file in the attachment of Omnifocus, I can sync the file and see it on my iPad version of Omnifocus 2
However, I can’t open the attached Omnioutliner file directly,
Does anybody know if I can open the attachment of Omnioutliner file directly?

I haven’t been able to in the past, so I moved to a use of OmniSync server to store my OmniOutliner files, which allows OO for iPad to sync incremental changes. Just implement a simple hierarchy in OmniSync and you can find what you need.
