We use a forum based system to track issues for customers.
The forum sends email for new issues or updates to existing issues.
The forum doesn’t have a mechanism to assign issues or track status.
I want to send the emails to OF3 so I can monitor the activity to ensure
items are being addressed.
It seems like a new task is generated for each email message sent to OF3.
Is there a way to manage email threads in OF3 using a single task?
It’s not ideal and eventually we will move to a real issue tracking system, but this is
what I have to work with for now.
