Perspective: All Project X Tasks and Tag Z from Other Projects

I can’t figure out how to create a perspective. I want it to show all tasks (available) for Project “Planning.” The have various tags. But I also want it to show all tasks from other projects that require planning, and I have tagged with the tag ‘planning.’

The filter rules are currently set like so:

1. All of the following are true
2. Tagged with any of: “Planning”
3. Contained within project folder: Planning
4. Availability: Available

With this set up, I see only the actions within the folder that are tagged ‘planning’ but not tasks from other projects with that tag.

Any suggestions on how to set this up?

Maybe this instead?

• ANY of the following are true
  • Tagged with any of: “Planning”
  • ALL of the following are true
    • Contained within project folder: Planning
    • Availability: Available

I could not find the option “ALL of the following are true” for the second major condition, and just now figured out that I need to use 'Option-click to add a rule group. Thanks again. It worked!
