Perspective for identifying Projects WITHOUT Next Actions

I’m looking for advice on creating a perspective that would quickly identify which active projects do NOT have a next action identified. This would be far easier than scrolling through the weekly review to find them.

A Perspective which filters projects that are “Stalled” will give you exactly this.

Creating Flow with OmniFocus - Second Edition By Kourosh Dini describes “Stalled” projects as

Parallel or Sequential projects without available actions.

Here’s an example Perspective that will filter by Stalled (If you have the Mac version, you can click here to download the Perspective settings)
