Possible to open new blank outline without mouse clicks?

I’m trying to set up a Keyboard Maestro (KM) macro to copy/paste text from Bear (or really any text app) into a new, blank outline. So far, I can get KM to copy the text, open OOL, Select File, and Select New, but this just opens the Resource Browser from which I have to double click the “Blank” file to create the new outline (or select Blank and then select New Outline). I’m trying to avoid having to go through KM’s select the mouse location and double click, etc. Just because I can never seem to get that to work right.

So, my question is whether there is a way to open a new blank outline without having to select it from the Resource Browser?

I hope this makes sense, and appreciate any recommendations you can make.

Best,
Tim

Resolved. I posted too hastily. Sorry.
