Printing without the background

When I write in OmniOutliner I like having a slightly coloured background, but when printing don’t want to see that background. Is there some way to turn off printing the background? (I couldn’t find anything but I do have glasses for a reason :D )

Quickest way I know of is used by @Revearti here.
